



Step 2
Next, go to the bottom left panel and right click it, then click 'New' and then 'Solid'. Make sure you change the colour to black and then click 'OK'. The result should be a black screen with an anchor in the middle.



Step 3
After, go to 'Effects & Presets' on the far right panel and type in 'Ramp', 'Gradient Ramp' should appear, drag that into your video. You can also change the colours and whether you want a 'Linear Ramp' or 'Radial Ramp' in the new panel that appears, choose whichever combination you want.


Step 4
Next, there is a text icon underneath 'Animation' at the top bar, go to it and click it, then drag the cursor to the main panel and write insert some text. Then go to the selection tool (the icon in the smallest image) and drag your text into the the middle of the screen. You can also modify the text size etc. but keep the size under 100 pixels.




Step 5
Repeat step 2, right click on the bottom left panel and click 'New' then 'Solid', remember to make sure that the colour is black and click 'OK'. And yes, the screen will turn black.


Step 6
Now, go back to 'Effects & Presets' on the far right panel and type in 'CC Particle World' then drag it to the bottom left panel where 'Black Solid 2' is and drop it there. the result should look like the image on the far right.



Step 7
This is a hard step so read carefully. Firstly, go to the new panel that popped up when you finished step 6, and then go 'Producer' and click on it, the click on the stopwatch next to 'Position X'.
Then drag the 'CC Particle World' off the screen, this can be done by putting your cursor on 'Position X' and then an arrow with two heads should appear. Hold your mouse and drag it to the left, the special effect should move, keep moving it until it is off the screen.


Step 8
This is an even harder step so read very carefully. Firstly, go to the bottom panel and click the drop down menus, then go to 'CC Particle World' row. go to the timeline in that row and move the blue arrow (where it shows the time) to about 4 seconds. Leave it there. Then, like how you did in step 7, go to 'Position X' under 'CC Particle World' and but this time hold your mouse and drag it to the right. 'CC Particle World' should move across the screen, drag it all the way across.


Step 9
Close 'Position X' now and go to 'Physics' which is underneath it. Change the 'Gravity' to '0.000' and change the 'Velocity' to '0.60'. Also, for better effect, change 'Birth Rate' to '3.0' instead of '2.0'.

Step 10
Next, close 'Physics' and go to 'Particle' then click 'Line' and choose whichever one you prefer. You are able to change colour, modify and play around with it for a little while until you find something you like.


Step 1
Firstly, make a new composition by going to 'Composition' and then 'New Composition'. Leave the settings as they are and then press 'OK'
Step 11
Finally, go to the top of the program and click 'Pen Tool' (it's under 'Effect' on the top bar). After you click it, go to your text in the main panel and make a box around it. You have now have made a mask. Make sure that 'CC Particle World' is at the start of your text on screen(like in the image below), you have do this by moving the blue arrow on the timeline panel.
Next, go to the bottom panel and click the drop down menu where 'Grafecs' is in the image below (your text might be different). Now go to 'Masks' and then 'Mask 1', then click on the stopwatch next to 'Mask Path'.
Then, move blue arrow in the timeline panel to where 'CC Particle World' reaches the end of your text in the main panel (like the big image below).
Finally, click the 'Selection Tool' which as at the top left underneath 'File' and drag the blue box in the main panel to the right until the text in the main panel has disappeared.
